In New Haven, police officers are subject to random drug tests. Now, there is word that attorneys will be subject to similar testing. Recently, members of the New Haven Bar Association were notified in their monthly newsletters that Chief Justice Rogers wants to implement random steroid testing of all attorneys in the New Haven Judicial District. Not surprisingly, many New Haven lawyers began contacting the Nutmeg Lawyer about the article. With April Fools around the corner, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Besides, how many lawyers do you know that could bench 400 lbs.
