Law Firm Markets Itself By Producing Its Own Soap Opera

Like Sands of the Hour Glass......
If you read the Nutmeg Lawyer, you know that I like to share ways other attorneys market their firms.  One personal injury law firm has taken marketing to new heights.  If you live in Tennessee, you may have come across personal injury Attorney Bart Durham's unique take on the tried and true lawyer commercial.  The firm has produced several episodes of a soap opera infomercial revolving around a man whose life goes topsy turvy after getting into a serious truck accident.  "Coach Foster Fights Back" ends with the poor injured man going to court after getting a low ball offer from the evil insurance company.  The film features some of the firm's actual attorneys who wind up winning the big case and saving the day.

All I can say is Wow! Does this qualify for a marketing mishap? Glad her half million bought her such mobility.
