In my criminal defense practice, I've had my share of goofy clients. I once represented a guy who stuck a freshwater salmon down his pants and tried to make a run for it. Another one asked me to call the police to report a deli for selling illegal German bratwurst. According to the older gentleman, the deli was selling fake bratwurst because it did not taste the way bratwurst tasted in his native Bavaria. A third gem got caught stealing bras from Victoria's Secret. The 300 pound man would put the bras on in the store and simply walk out. What a way for your wife to find out your cheating on her. The bras were for a girlfriend. They would be in good company with this next guy.
Connecticut's WTNH reports that a 21 year old Farmington man was arrested after calling 911 for some free legal advice. After admitting he was growing marijuana, Robert Michelson asked the dispatcher how much trouble he could get into for growing one plant. Police soon tracked him down and arrested him on a variety of charges including marijuana possession. He allegedly admitted to buying seeds and equipment for growing. Farmington Officer Marshall Porter stated that Michelson had done it to make his mother angry. Nevertheless, he was able to get out on a $5000 bond. We can only speculate that mom was nice enough to bail him out.

Her mom was indeed nice to bail this guy out of the jail. Anyway, the guy faced a lot of criminal charges and I hope that those will serve as lessons for him.

Although this story may sound funny, this is the most common reasons why homes are destroyed. Domestic violence arise from drug and other form of addictions. The 911 dispatcher did a favor on the person who called by saving his life from marijuana addiction.
These stories are surely comical, especially on the story of the fake bratwurst. The old gentleman must be missing his German tastebuds about the sausage.
Hilarious how the guy practically turned himself to the cops by calling 911 for free legal services. Although it's funny, he could have faced more serious charges for growing marijuana. We're all aware that several injuries have been caused by people who are under the influence of this. I wonder what would have happened if he called a personal injury attorney instead?
Yes it's really funny but what if it's true I think if I'm on that way I will call 911 to depend if it's serious.
