There's No Stopping Us Now. Supreme involved in Four Car Accident

Some personal injury attorneys in Virginia may have been presented with a unique opportunity.  A chance to sue a Supreme. No, not Diana Ross this time. The other Supremes. United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was fined $70 for allegedly rear ending another vehicle causing a four car collision.  The accident was described as minor by U.S Park Police.  Unless you ask a personal injury lawyer.  In that case, the elderly judge violently, negligently and maliciously rammed his massive vehicle into the unsuspecting fragile plaintiff causing untold carnage, personal injury, emotional distress, and loss of consortium.  According to reports, Scalia was not injured in the accident which occurred on the tourist friendly George Washington Memorial Parkway which winds through Virginia.

Reports indicate Justice Scalia was driving himself to work.  Despite the morning mishap, Scalia still made it for oral arguments at 10 for one of the most significant cases of the term.  The Court was hearing a discrimination claim against Wal-Mart by female workers. No word if Scalia will pay the fine.
