Criminal of the Week: Johnathan Washburn
Holy Flock of Seagulls. A 23 year old Texas Man was arrested for beating another man with his skateboard. Johnathan Washburn grew upset when another man took a picture of his goofy haircut. When the man refused to delete the image, Washburn hit him over the head with his skateboard. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The arrest surprised me. Judging by the picture, Johnathan seems like the type of guy that is good at making decisions.

It would be understandable if he had assaulted his barber, but why the photographer?
Any er, person, that has a hair-do (I hesitate to use the word "style") that looks like that is begging for attention. I fail to comprehend why this guy would object to having his photo taken when that would be the purpose of appearing in public looking that way!
Perhaps he's Amish and thought the camera would take his soul.
Why was he arrested? I think this is the kind of guy that I would love to be my son-in-law.
Why did he beat the other person anyway? Was it because of the image? Well, he should have done that. Now, he's facing an assault case which is punishable.
