Our Thoughts and Prayers are with Missouri

I would like to extend my warmest thanks to Editor Gary Toohey and the staff of Precedent Magazine, a publication of the Missouri Bar Association.  The editors were kind enough to include my article in this month's issue.  If you are not familiar with this wonderful publication,  Precedent is a quarterly magazine focusing on ways in which busy practitioners can maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their practices.  I can only assume including my article was a momentary lapse of judgment.  Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Missouri during this difficult time.
